Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and a password, or your email address via Google sign-in. This is required to create and secure your account.

Card content. The information you choose to put on your digital card: your name, photo, cover image, designation, company, bio, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, website, business address, UPI ID, social media links, and gallery images. This content exists to be shared — anyone with your card link can see it. Only add information you are comfortable making public.

Enquiries. When a visitor submits an enquiry through a card, we collect the name, contact details, and message they enter and deliver them to the card owner.

When someone views a card, we record the visit date and time, device type, browser, and approximate location (country and city) derived from the network request. We use this to show card owners their visitor analytics. We do not build advertising profiles from this data. Repeat views from the same visitor within 30 minutes are not counted again, and owners’ views of their own card are excluded.

We use cookies solely to keep you signed in and to make the Service work. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide your account and display your card to visitors
• Show you analytics about visits to your card
• Deliver visitor enquiries to you
• Secure the Service and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Vercel (website hosting and aggregate, privacy-friendly site analytics), and Google (optional Google sign-in and the maps used for business addresses). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Data is stored with row-level security so that your private data (analytics, enquiries, settings) is only accessible to your account. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are never stored in plain text.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the dashboard. Deletion permanently removes your account, card, images, analytics, and enquiries. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

You can view and edit all of your card content in the dashboard at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.

The Service is intended for professionals and business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
